We utilizes a state-of-the-art virtual video capture process that connects our inspector to the owner or facility manager of the repossession agency or storage facility using a smartphone or tablet with camera and microphone capabilities. This process allows our inspectors to connect with an agency at their facility and/ or storage yard without worries of travel expenses or time. This process also allows agencies with multiple locations to be able to schedule multiple inspections over a truly short period of time. This virtual inspection process allows our inspector to capture live video, pictures and an audio record of the conversation between the inspector and the agency. With the cooperation of the facility management inspections can be completed in as little as a day or two when necessary.
Our inspection process starts before the video capture begins with our staff researching the area, property records and the internet for information on the property and company to be inspected. Gone are the days of someone being able to claim someone else's property as their own. The video capture begins at the street to verify the location matches the address of the property for which the inspection was requested.
The inspection will cover the office environment, the storage facility, company vehicles, and safeguards for data retention and debtor's personal effects. During the video and audio capture, our inspector will also discuss the hiring practices and training procedures of company employees.
As a client of EndPoint Loss Control, a Division of IG, Inc., you will receive, post inspection, access to the Video and Audio Feed and the pictures captured during the inspection. You will also be provided with a detailed written report of the entire inspection.
